I have started involving & Learning P6 last few months, found very interesting and challenging.
Updating the program with new WBS / Activities and Progresses on weekly basis to see the actual situation of the project.
Adjust the program (WBSs & Activities) on client priority basis to the restricted manpower on the project
3 weeks, 6 weeks and Look Aheads to Construction Engineers to follow up with the construction activities.
Quantities Progress Reporting (Earthworks, precast items, etc) to Client on regular basis
Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports to Client
