· Managing projects from conception to completion.
· Project Planning & Monitoring - Schedule making, budgeting, prepare billing schedules, resource planning, documentation, commissioning & handover project as per Project charter.
· Project risk identification and finalizing mitigation plans.
· Carrying out effective client & vendor liaison.
· Preparation of the Clash Flow Analysis / Estimate at Completion.
· Tracking, Updating & Monitoring of projects using Earned Value Analysis, PERT Analysis, Critical path analysis & Delay analysis.
· Preparation of Exception reports, Look ahead reports and Forecast reports.
· Extensive experience of planning, project management, cost management & client liaison.
· Managing and delivering key projects within agreed schedules, budgets and cost objectives.
· Experience in interpreting specifications & preparing technical proposals.
· Ability in multitasking in a demanding environment.
· Resolving complex issues and coming up with fast efficient solutions.
· Ability to assess the financial and impact of proposed budget items and also alternatives.
