▪ Production Rates, WBS, Identify Scope, Setting, monitoring and controlling progress forms, etc.)
▪Update, Prepare and analyze weekly & monthly progress reports for the Project
▪ Ability to Schedule 4500 activities and more
▪ Making two Plans (Baseline & Target) for Same Project, and comparing it with Actual Work.
▪ Schedule by Using Gantt chart (Bar Chart) & (S-Curve) Method
▪ Making Draw Performance Index Curve for Schedule (SPI) & Cost (CPI)
▪ Estimate at Completion (EAC) Date & Budget for Project
