NZ$2bn-4bn Massive Housing Rebuild Project in Christchurch. Fletcher EQR is engaged by The Earthquake Commission to manage the repair of 100,000+ earthquake damaged homes in Canterbury through 18 community based hubs each with 20-30 employees

Duties

  • Developed planning and monitoring tools and strategies in our Hub which have been adapted as standard throughout the project.
  • Planned, monitored and reported Supervisors and Contractors performance
  • Planned and monitored workload of 46 Contractors, maintained balance workloads
  • My role served as a bridge or channel between team members. This resulted in improved efficiency and performance
