Operations Manager reporting to GGM, ARCADIS-US, Various

Operations Manager / Associate Vice President of the CCS (Construction Claims Services) Group, part of PMCM (Project Managment/Construction Management) Division of ARCADIS-US.  Our group the former PinnacleOne, is one of the oldest and best know claims firms in the US.  As operations manager I am resoponisble for marketing and managing staff as well as performing claims and schedule analysis. I  generally work on large claims including wastewater teratments facities, luxury hotels, judical cenetrs and municipal town buildings.  The value of the claims ranges between $125M and $2M.
