▪ Executing constructing and decorating El Elmeen Tower in Alexandria.
Tasks:
"• Reports to Project Manager and implements site control and instructions
• Reviews and schedules project specifications and requirements
• Verifies that all related site activities are in accordance with the approved design and budget
• Ensures safety at site
• Presides regular site meetings with the project contractors and with site workers
• Attends and resolves all quality inspections, issues and complaints with the contractors
• Supervises assigned site workers and conducts performance evaluation if required
• Communicates through documents all quality issues to Project Manager and to internal clients
• Participates in the site inspection and verifies site completion for turnover"
