Tracking, updating and Reporting on Live Cable Burial Projects in the North Sea & Baltic Sea
• Building logically linked Tender Schedules for Offshore Construction (EPIC) Project bids in excess of £100m+ in Microsoft Project 2010.
• Building Resource loaded as well as costed schedules for live vessel maintenance shutdowns & Mobilisations/Demobilisations and attending site for the kickoff operation
• Earned Value Management Reporting: Creating S-Curve reports on planned, actual and earned hours as well forecasting for SV, CV, SPI, CPI, EAC and ETC.
• Producing Histograms to forecast man-hour labour requirements
• Updating live schedules from DPRs to produce as-built schedules and thus progress the plan.
• Assisting in the update of the Master Vessel schedule
• Building spreadsheets to help with planning calculations
• Assisting in the review and documentation of planning procedures
