Project: (EDIPOWER, Milazzo, Italy)
From January 2007 to August 2008 I worked as a Project Planner at the Power plant at San Filippo del Mela - Milazzo, for SISTEMI INDUSTRIALI S.r.l., engaged in the construction of plants for drainage of the subsurface on behalf of EDIPOWER.
Initially I followed the phases of engineering and purchases, planned according to the needs of the customer, then the Level 4 schedule, which included the different construction disciplines (civil - mechanical - electroinstrumental). Afterwards precommissioning, commissioning and start-ups. I coordinated the three subcontractors following the step by step in accordance with the relevant schedules, analyzed delays and debated possible recovery plans.
Every day I went on site to check and report the progress of its activities.
During the start-up I have also dealt with the control phase of running and knowing very well the plants I worked as shifter DCS operator.
