- Supported delivery of a new Coal Preparation Plan for Wesfarmers at Curragh Mine in Blackwater ($300m). Responsibilities included:
- Responsible for weekly progress updating of comprehensive EPCM project schedule
- Prepared work breakdown structure for EPCM contract
- Ensuring baseline management and control measures were in place
- Schedule maintenance and weekly updating and reporting
- Vendor and project status reporting including variance analysis, manning histograms and s-curves
- Developed a detailed construction program outside the constraints of the program being utilised by the project to better manage construction progress at a detailed level
