• Coordinate with the project team members, clients and vendors for the Project Progress.
• Analyzing and monitoring Weekly and Monthly project reports to sort out issues in the documentation part.
• Expediting Procurement Progress & Daily Updating Construction Schedule.
• Equipment and Manpower Deployment Schedule.
• Develop the Extension of Time (EOT) extension requests (by using Time impact analysis).
• Review time extension requests of subcontractor.
• Ensure the consistency of all the internal and external Stakeholders commitments and manages the schedules interfaces.
• Participate to project core team meetings (and/or Schedule management meeting of higher rank)
• Provide a timely updated schedule situation highlighting the gap between the actual and the baseline.
• Focus on early identification of potential delays and delay events
