Participation and responsibility for planning, controlling, monitoring and comparing time schedule, resources, and recovery plans during all phases of construction and project reports

• Reviewing overall activity status with other planning engineers and management and recommending corrective actions if necessary

• Coordinating with Subcontractors and different departments such as Mechanical, Piping, QA/QC, Machinery, Warehouse, Administration, Document Control etc. relative to project operations to resolve the various problems to ensure that information affecting schedule and project is continually up-dated and on track

• Providing feedback on key project issues to Subcontractors and Management team on a timely basis

• Supervising and controlling operations and activities of subcontractors responsible for civil work, repair, installation, sandblast and paint activities

• Reviewing and approving/commenting on schedules and all daily reports submitted by Subcontractors and ensuring that all are in compliance with the overall project schedule/plan, updating Equipment Database, Civil Database and their Quantity Plan accordingly and reporting to Management regularly

• Updating Master Plan, generating and reviewing weekly and monthly reports for the Supervision Company 

• Identifying and preparing delay claims and/or reasons to provide to Management

• Attending meetings with Supervision/Subcontractors to defend scheduling/planning strategies, taking minutes of meeting (MOM) and controlling them
