·         Scope – Complete MEP Installation in Qatar Foundation Head Quarter Building.

·         Prepare Plans with reference to Civil & Architecture and implement at site in coordination with Construction Manager and Site Engineers.

·         Assign resources and prepare resource plans and display the Histograms.

·         Monitoring the site activities, update the master schedule and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports and S-Curves/Histograms to Client and Top management.
