Duties:
Creating and maintaining 4th and 3rd level construction schedules
Creating 4th level precomission schedule (by testpacks)
Prepare of detailed analysis and written reports
My principle role was as Planning Engineer.
But I had different other responsabilities as preparing bill of quantities with prices, verifiyng drawings from the designer, preparing different reports, on site duties like managing small gangs on different works and supervise their works, maintain contact with the principal contractor and designer, etc.
Planning Management of Al Wakrah Stadium Structures and Roofing Project.Preparation of Scope, WBS and Schedule Planning processes.Monitoring and control of Scope, Schedule, Time, Risk.Critical Path Analysis.Issuance of weekly schedule of activities.Issuance of weekly reports to the client with information of physical progress ofthe project.Management Software: Primavera P6.

Planning and Scheduling for Krumovgrad Gold Ploject, Progress and Earned Value Reporting
have been assigned to BP Khazzan Gathering Wells and Export System (GWES) infrastructure project worth US$ 124 Million which consists of the construction of accommodation facilities, including an operational base, a residential complex for 250 personnel and other infrastructure buildings in the Khazzan Gas Field, approximately 350 KM of south west of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
