• Preparation of the baseline and up to date schedules in coordination with the Client.

• Preparation of look-ahead schedules, leading small daily meetings with the site team to ensure commitment to the plan and to enhance cooperation between departments.

• Development and maintenance of database structure for daily production and approval of works.

• Monitoring data flow from the site, integration of production and approval database into -EVA reports, -status reports, -IPC reports, -RFI processes, -HSE processes to automate the workflow.

• Development and integration of automated progress drawing tools to visualize up to date progress and approval of works in as-built drawings using AutoCAD Scripts and VBA.

• Development and deployment of Earned Value Analysis reports.

• Development and supervision of various daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the client and the top management.

• Preparation of the Baseline Budget for direct and indirect costs. Creation of cost estimates. Producing updates to project cost estimates. Updating the budget as the project change and evolve.

• Making and updating cash-flow charts and IPC schedules.

• Supporting the change control process. Updating project documents as changes approved.

• Monitoring the RFI and Approval of Works Documentation. Assisting the quality department.

• Monitoring and controlling the cost and duration of all activities through all phases.

• Supervising and taking part in the updates to the ongoing detailed quantity surveying processes.

• Assisting the preparation of interim progress payment documentation with database integration.

• Attending weekly meetings with the client, supporting PM with technical details and documentation.

• Leading a team that consists of 3 members including document controllers, quantity surveyors, and engineers.
