10. Quality Assurance and Bid Plans and Company Policies
11. Health & Safety Plan in Conjunction with Health & Safety Department.
12. Any other element of Bid requirements as directed by the Commercial Director
• Prepare and update programmes required by Client to monitor progress of the works.
• Prepare and update programmes necessary for the execution of the works.
• Prepare progress reports for the Clients monthly progress and technical meeting.
• Work closely with Project QS and advise impact to progress and programme of variations instructed buy the Client and delays to sub contract works.
• Assist QS with project cash flow.
• Monitor information flow from Design Team and advise PM of any impact to progress and programmed due to late receipt of information.
• Receive, record and distribute all documents received from the Clients PM for the works.
• Receive, record and distribute for approval all documents in respect to the contractor designed elements.
• Preparation of regional summary progress reports when directed by Contracts Director
• Advise the Contracts Manager of all matters which impact the master works programme.
• Corresponding and communication with the Clients representatives in respect to planning matters.
