• Schedules, plans and oversees the entire program of Fit-out work.

• Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities. To prepare and arrange for

monthly/quarterly schedules

• Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning

• Updates the schedule based on inputs received from project team

• Prepares Progress reports

• Prepares Labor histograms To make plan and control works according to budget
