Develop baseline, update, and maintain detailed project schedules for variousphases of project execution. Coordinate with client representatives, team members, subcontractors whiledeveloping project schedules to take into account all project requirements. Review schedules prepared by the Subcontractors (wherever required) toconfirm alignment with the overall master plan. Periodically update the schedule with progress attained during the period ofproject. Prepare weekly, fortnightly and monthly progress reports / progress curvesand distribute them to the concerned client. Attend progress review meetings with Project Manager / client / contractadministrator representative. Develop 'what-if scenarios' to assess potential impact of changes and risks onthe project. Coordinating with project controls team in claims preparation Implementing delay analysis techniques for EOT claims documents. Coordinating with commercial department in interim payments preparation.
