- Monitoring information and feed back necessary for the progress development of the Master Implementation Programme.
- Establishment of work programmes for an effective Project Planning and Monitoring of the progress of works on site within the frame work of the Master Implementation Programme.
- Periodic updating of the Master Implementation Programme, works programme and all other related programmes.
- Provide technical planning support for Site Project manager in planning related matters.
- Preparation of progress reports based on updated information on site.
- Ascertain progress works progress and their accuracy.
- Attend to relevant site meetings related to planning matters.
- Preparation of site materials procurement schedule and keeping track of their status.
- Preparation, monitoring, and maintenance of the subcontractors award schedule.
- Familiarization and implementation of the ISO 9001 – 2008 and related company activities and adherence procedures
