Scope of work:

High speed railway Project Milan-Naples: Urban railway junction of Florence (job: A123). Placing all tracks crossing the city underground, plus the construction of a new underground station for high-speed lines under the existing Central Station area, the construction of a tram system, the commissioning of four new stops, and the connecting up to the new high-speed line Bologna-Rome. Clients: TAV-RFI S.p.A

Activities:

• Preparing and monitoring a Master Plan and a single Sub-project Schedule
• Preparing and upgrading two three-monthly Report for the Clients TAV and RFI
• Monitoring the Procurement activities aggregated according to equipment category
