1.   Developing Time Schedules (Clause 14.1). 

2.   Allocate, Monitor & Control Project Resources in order to achieve cost control 

3.   Preparing Look Ahead Schedules and Monitoring

4.   Progress monitoring through weekly& monthly report preparing. 

5.   Extension of Time Claims Preparation

6.   Following up all Technical data required for construction process (Workshop Drawings &Technical Submittals)
