As a Master schedular based in the PMO of Medibank Private. I was involved in alignment of all workstreams to a single scheduling method to provide a high level project schedule for the project executive. This lead to a re-plan of the workstream schedules to accomadate missed interdependancies and delay in the original schedule.I was involved in the control, tracking and report associated with the schedule.
• Responsibility within PMO for scheduling and document management
• Maintenance of High level Schedule using MS Project.
• Reporting on cross workstream schedules and weekly progress reports to project executive
• Monitored resource allocation across workstreams
• Provide Program Office functions to project streams as required

• Recommendations for future phases of the project in scheduling techniques and tools
