I am a Civil Construction Engineer, specialized and certified in Planning Scheduling and Budget Control using the international recognized soft Primavera (all versions). I am experienced in civil construction, electrical, control & instrumentation, mechanical & piping.
I started my career in Romania –Nuclear Power Plant-Cernavoda Unit#2 under strict and complex of quality planning requirements into Canadian-Italian-Romanian Project Management Consortium Team, as well in all regions of my country in area of Construction, Investment, Project Management using with proficiency Primavera P3- planning & scheduling tool (including MS Project), to create and update schedules Level 1-Project Contractual, Level2-Project Coordination, Level3-detailed working schedules by disciplines (civil, mechanical, piping, HVAC, electrical, C&I), specific for all EPC projects (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning, Turn Over, Commissioning/Start-up). I have experience in large projects over the world, in countries like Saudi Arabia (oil and gas industry), China (nuclear power industry) and Lithuania (oil and gas industry).
I have experience in planning and cost control field, and I do have a certificate issued in 2005 by Primavera Enterprise in using primavera. In 2009 I started Project Management Professional classes in order to get Certificate issued by Project Management Institute.
