Monitor schedules to identify trends and takes proactive measures to maintain progress.
Monitor cost to identify trends and takes proactive measures to control costs.
Develop and manage a contract change control program for the project.
Develop and manage the Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Integrated Project Schedule.
Prepare Exception Reports, showing the comparison between original

and current plan, analyze potential impacts and recovery plans as

needed

Critical Path Analysis and schedule risk analysis as needed.
Prepare milestone reports
Analyze category A1, A2, A3, B &C equipment procurement delivery

Develop the format and requirements of the schedules and institute the

processes and procedures to implement and update these schedules for supporting the various sub-organizations of the project by providing a structure for expected inputs and frequency of updates

The Level 3 schedule, the 3 month rolling schedule and the detail
