Project engagement manager leading an international team to transform the legacy financial and regulatory information systems by creating updated systems architecture, a cross-functional implementation strategy, and the detailed design ultimately built by IBM for XL Capital -- a global property and casualty insurance firm based in Bermuda. The engagement was delivered with a team of 20 individuals from BearingPoint and 20 from the client; deliverables across four major streams were accepted on time, enabling the IBM team to take over the design as submitted and to complete the transformation on schedule.
