 I refer to PlanningPlant2010 dated 25 Nov 2010 for the above post.

By qualification I am a Naval Architect and have more than 19 years of experience in the Oil & Gas new constructions and Marine industries. I come from Marine background as designer in Drawing Office to Planning Manager in Cosco China.  My services to the Construction industries are in following areas:-

 

  1. Establish Baseline schedule upon award of contract.
  2. Bid Proposal Schedule
  3. Establish Construction schd from Level 1 to detail levels
  4. Work measurement and cost control
  5. Scenario studies and mitigation analyses (% progress, Resource & Time analysis)
  6. Project Replan and Re-baseline
  7. Dynamic data base creation.
  8. Monitor accuracy and adequacy of contractor planning information
  9. Review and forecast contractor workfront availability and conduct ‘continuity of work’ analysis
  10. Maintain area metrics, Trends, progress and quantity curves
  11. Train and guide junior planners

In my earlier career path I have been superintendent and project engineer in new constructions for Oil & Gas / Marine and Offshore industries. I work with an analytical EPC (Engineering,Procurement,Construction) mindset to establish construction schedule at site doing co-ordination and liaison with production have been my scope of responsibilities.

I have been working in Multinational Companies in McDermott (Indonesia), Sarawak Shell (Malaysia), Halliburton (China), Tanker Pacific (Singapore) and Caspian Shipyard (Azerbaijan). In year 2001 to 2002 I was in China (Dalian New Ship Construction) as Halliburton’s representative in the Planning Section for a FPSO hull construction.

At present I am working in Batam for Master Marine Offshore International as Senior Planning Engineer overseeing New Constructions program in the construction of 2 jackups. My previous employment (2006-2008) in Cosco Shipyard (China Dalina) as Planning Manager providing overall constructions programme for all new build constructions.

Currently, my contract in Batam with Master Marine ends on 30thNov 2010. I shall be available for new employment in Dec 2010. Attached is my cv for your perusal.
