A new station building with an integrated footbridge linking to three platforms and other rail infrastructure to be used by around 3,500 passengers a day. The extension of the Busway from Milton Road to the station as well as linking to the new town of Northstowe. · Works Included new OLE gantries, new P.Way and slewing of existing P.Way. · My Duties as Project Delivery Manager (Ilford) was to take the lead operationally ensuring 6 weekly programmes are completed; oversee the main program, selection of subcontractors, liaising with Crossrail and various stakeholders such as NR, Albelio and Bombardier. · Ilford Depot scope of the works includes design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of the new sidings, accommodation building and major modification of other existing depot facilities.
