TIANQI LITHIUM PROJECT: New Greenfields Lithium Hydroxide process plant in Kwinana.

Consultant for Tianqi Owner’s team.

1. To write detailed Primavera Construction and commissioning schedule for Train 1 & 2.
2. Work with Turner & Townsend team of Quantity Surveyors and transpose measured quantities to completion for piping and electrical so that schedule balances with measure at all unit of measure levels.
3. Introduce global coding structure for all Tianqi projects. Key global code being Commodity code structure to define coding all units of measure.
4. Build complete Construction and commissioning schedule that is fully resourced with all units of measure, manhours and cost.
5. Intergrade Primavera commissioning schedule with Siverhorse commissioning software for automated progress reporting.
6. Determine means, procedures, schedule logic, true critical paths to reduce project slippage.
7. Revise Commissioning sequence to overlap remaining construction with commissioning.
8. Convert Aconex Drawing data to P6 and automate Aconex to P6 drawing updates until Redline drawings complete.
