SUMMARY OF WORK EXPERIENCE
Mr. Putong is presently employed as Planning & Scheduling Engineer with TOYO Engineering Corporation Project Control Department. I was involved in Toyo’s numerous Projects and Proposals preparing different levels of Project Master Schedules (PMS), PCD portion of Project Execution Plans (PEP), and other Project Control requirements. My job responsibilities extend to preparation of Toyo standard procedures, sharing knowledge in Project Controls development program, conducting presentations on studies and researches assigned to me for the advancement of the department Planning & Scheduling skills. My most recent notable contribution to the department is the methodology of managing critical items called Priority Control System (MS Access) application and procedure. This has become a part of Project Control Department standard procedure and Toyo standard project management execution.
My other job experiences are with Construction Contracting and Engineering Consulting companies and have handled senior positions. Most of my work experiences are in Project Controls Planning, Scheduling and Cost Control. Over the years, I have been involved in numerous EPC/EPCm projects both proposals and project phases. I have gained knowledge in Basic Engineering, FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Turn-Around, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning phases of the project. Possess knowledge in PERT-CPM, WBS/Work Package system, Earned Value Management and Risk Analysis which are methodologies to manage, control and monitor a project. Mr. Putong is also good in communication both oral and written.
My work experiences are from Philippines, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in Japan which covers Construction, Engineering and Project Management Services for Oil & Gas projects such as Gas Oil Separation Plants (GOSP), FPSO, Refineries and Petrochemicals Process Plant. Other projects such as Polyester Plant, Cement Plant, Power Plant, Road Works, Housing, Buildings, Shopping Malls and Infrastructures.
Proficient in using computer softwares for Planning & Scheduling such as Microsoft Project Planner, Primavera for windows P3, P5 & P6 and Milestones Professional (Kidasa). Other Spreadsheet and Database Softwares such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, MS Powerpoint for graphics, etc.
