Autodidact, I have undertaken the formulation of follow-up frameworks for several projects and during these assignments I have been in charge to:
- Provide PROJECTS MASTER PLANNINGS with focus on the successful execution on time in accordance with their requirements, specification and standards using PRIMAVERA P6;
- Provide and maintain of the WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE;
- Perform the SCHEDULE COSTING and RESOURCING with the PMT;
- Perform the PROCUREMENT follow-up with the PMT;
- Provide and maintain of the COST BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE;
- Analyse the potential delays, identify and check the CRITICAL PATHS;
- Review the contractors’ and subcontractors’ planning and validation of their PROGRESS;
- Conduct CONSULTATIONS with the consultants to optimize prices and technical solutions within budget and specifications;
- Ensure the SUCCESSFULCOMPLETION of CONSTRUCTION WORKS and NETWORK CONNECTIONS;
- Take charge of the COORDINATION of projects, CONSULTATIONS and decide in consultation with the PMT of the CHOICE of SUBCONTRACTORS;
- Manage contracts according to the FIDIC (Red & Yellow books);
- Support and survey all HSE activities and initiatives related to the projects.
Having previously worked as draughtsman, clerk of works, piping, valve & structure supervisor, I’m also expert to analyze and study the drawings, PIDs and tasks descriptions, checking the projects quantities, checking the planning with their critical paths, organize and follow field execution. I’m absolutely at ease either in office or on site.
