  • Preparing master schedule and detailed schedule for the new project which includes activity ID, activity name, original duration, baseline project start, baseline project finish, activity logic and total float
  • Loading of resources - materials, labor, plant and machinery needed to carry out a construction project, plans, and technical specification.
  • Creating schedule of rates items (SOR), rate analysis (Global & Site Level) and resources rate estimate
  • Monitoring site progress through inputting actual date of activity start and finish, actual percentage work done, actual expenses, and actual resources consumption.
  • Updating and scheduling the site progress status and directly reported to the Cost Control Manager.
  • Recording daily resources consumption (materials, labor, tools & equipment)
  • Inputting daily requisition which linked directly to inventory section
  • Preparing weekly and monthly report such as resources contribution, cost breakup, cost variance, resource consumption, daily progress, monthly program, materials requisition, and material job cost.
  • Preparing quotations, work orders, measuring work and billing for subcontractor
