I have experience of various large scale and high profile projects. , My previous roles were using various planning software tools such as Primavera and MSP to help manage/control project progress, with my efforts being focussed on the time and cost elements along with client milestones. In addition to having a degree in Civil engineering, I am a full member of the Association of Project Managers and PRINCE2 practitioner so am conversant with change managment as well as EVM and critical path analysis.
