I am responding to your advertisement listing an open position for project planner. I am looking currently for a challenging career and would like to submit my name for consideration. Has worked in Saudi Arabia as planner for construction, fabrication, shutdown, refurbishment, and EPC project with SABIC and Aramco. In Port Harcourt, Nigeria as piping engineer for fabrication of subsea and offshore facilities with major projects such as EPC-1A for Exxon-Mobil-Technip, AKPO for Total-Technip and AGBAMI for Chevron-FMC. Dubai, UAE has worked as planning engineer for MEP Company with most projects are EPIC/EPC and construction of fuel storage facilites of military bases, tank farm demolition, and infrastructure projects. Currently in Doha, Qatar working as planning engineer for EPIC/EPC/construction contractor for the refurbishment and shutdown works of offshore facilties for Qatar Petroleum.
Familiar with the operation of software such as Microsoft office (word, excel, access, and PowerPoint), AutoCAD, Micro station, Primavera and Microsoft project.
Common function but not limited to;
1) Participate in bid and tender meetings, site visit and queries
2) Review of contracts, scope of work
3) Prepare execution plan, WBS and schedule of activity based on contract scope
4) Coordinate with estimating and operational group for budget and work schedule activity
5) Prepare cash flow based on estimated budget and integrate to schedule for resource loading
6) Monitor, track and update project status, and preparation of report for submittals
7) Perform schedule analysis for delays and impact to the existing schedule
8) Preparation of mitigation, recovery plan, and acceleration for any delays or backlog
9) Reporting directly to the senior or planning manager and interfacing with project managers
10) Review and verify subcontractor schedules
11) Provide support to site planner/scheduler/quantity tracker and assist during the project status analysis
