Gobal role with the remit to ensure the PPM solution we offer our customers is a best in class offering to support Asset intensive process based organizations.
Duties include ;
- Meeting customers and prospective customers worldwide to understand there processes to ensure our products support good practoice
- work with our ciustomer base to ensure the most valued enhancements are manged thru the process to our Product teams
- Develop and own the acquisition plan for the asset intensive industries
- Supports the sales team with extensive domain knowledge
- Engage with customers /potential customers on what we see as good practice and how customers can move up the EPPM transformation curve and the related benefits
