- Responsible for Planning activities, co-ordinating & updating the customers through out the production cycle.
- Planning of the job i.e. scheduling the activities, developing Gantt chart, networks charts, identifying critical activities.
- Processing drawings, generating the PRPs from BaaN (ERP software) for material /labour requirements, checking status of materials.
- Analysing the planned & actual progress and accordingly updating the client in form of Networks, actual vs. planned progress and technically co-ordinating with them.
- Preparation of Fabrication plans for Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors and Vessels. Validated by concerned departments, and regularly monitoring them with respect to progress reporter (Timesheet) updation.
- Generating Reports i.e. Critical, Balance, Feedbacks, Summary, etc. from Primavera Enterprise.
