Lead Subsea Project Planner, FMC Technologies, Shell - Prelude Development Project : EPCC of Subsea Systems

1. Implementation and development of baseline schedules following FMC guidelines and protocols, involvement of using P6 and SAP in planning activities. 2. Overlooking the project planning and tracking & monitoring of Shell Projects (Gumusut Ph.2 & Prelude). 3. Assessments of Planners (project/product) updates and reports and liaising/coordinating with them on the maintenance and quality of monthly reporting’s, other reporting’s and meetings, usage of P6 and SAP. (Quality control & Compliance). 4. Attending Project management meetings overlooking the engineering, production, co-ordination, issues of the projects, and mitigations to take, & outstanding activities. 5. Tracking & monitoring of Shell Projects using Primavera 6, SAP, updating progress weekly and generating reports as needed (S-curves, lookaheads, progress measurement sheets, KPI, On Time Delivery and other analysis.) On Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication & Construction. 6. Implementing changes due to contractual issues or Variation Orders or Revision to contract to the schedule (Revised Baseline -Primavera 6) and to the reporting’s following FMC standards. 7. Reporting of Value of Work Done(VOWD), liaising with commercial and management on the VOWD for the project.8. Raising equipment/material demand using NetworkDriven Demand(NDD) process, where integration of P6 and SAP is done. 9. Guiding & training new Planners & junior Planners on planning work scope and reporting as per FMC Standard Operating Procedures.
