Project:
Construction of 400 KVA Switch Yard, Control room building & Transformer Yard at Neyveli – (US$ 2.5M)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for preparation of Schedule program using Primavera or MS Project covering details of day to day activities and 3 months future outlook.
• Looked after sub-contractor and client billing related activities including getting necessary approvals / certifications and generating cash flow in the project life cycle.
• Correspondence to Client, Consultants & Contractors relevant to Schedule in accordance with Conditions of Contract.
• Preparation of Progress reports (Weekly, Monthly & Daily).
• Calculation of Escalation as per contract conditions, and preparing Rate Analysis for Extra items as and when required.
• Coordinating with Client for early release of drawings and work fronts.
• Assessment of EOT (Extension of Time) notifications & detailed Claims.
