Twenty years of experience in project planning and control gained through being involved in some of the major building and engineering projects in Macao, in Lisbon's Expo'98, then through exposure to a range of projects in power generation (mainly combined cycles), and now in the process of transferring his skills to O&G sector.
Experience in project control, with and without earned valued management techniques, from more than fifteen years working on and off construction sites (Consultant, Owner and Contractor side). Proficiency in report design and writing. Very good knowledge of P3 and P6, acquired through a day to day use for creating and reviewing activity networks and analysing its critical and sub-critical paths, as well as its loading of resources. Knowledge of Pertmaster. Good knowledge of MS-Project. Training experience. Good knowledge of planning good practices and standards.
