  • Preparation of project documents for fund application from executive committee for the next fiscal year
  • Liaising with business partners to ensure that their schedules are up to the organisation’s standards
  • Monitoring progress and reporting to project manager to ensure that projects are aligned to their baseline schedules & providing corrective suggestions in case of slippage
  • Alignment with cost controls to ensure projects are on track
