Worked as planning engineer for NOCL refinary project in cuddalore Tamilnadu, India
Monitored the mobilization works such as site office construction ,batching plant erection.
- Preparing and maintaining a list of activities that are pending in the milestones to be met, and informing/discussing with the junior Engineers and site supervisors about the time frame within which those have to be completed in order to meet the milestone dates.
- Keeping a track of the weekly quantities of work executed on site and the Site materials delivery record.
- Prepare a Tracking schedule for sub-contractor activities.
- Liaise with subcontractor for the timely completion of works
- Calculation of quantities for new works to be coming up and predicting the time period and resources required for the same within the project time frame.
- Weekly project status briefs for CMT(construction management team) and Udhe India, including explanation of recovery plans for delayed activities, after discussion with the Co-ordination team.
- Preparing internal programmes for monitoring the subcontractors activities.
