- Monitoring site progress and forecasting of project costs, preparing and managing critical shutdown programs, analysing program trends, and providing ongoing program support

Involved with numerous projects from tendering and initiation through to close out and commissioning. Has exposure under various project models including Alliance, Joint Venture, D&C, and Large Programs of work.

Skilled in the development and implementation of forecasting and program tracking tools, various schedule analysis methods, progress reporting, and identifying program problem areas.

General duties include;
- Monitoring construction and reporting on progress and productivity.
- Preparation and review of construction and tender programs.
- Preparation and tracking of detailed construction and staging programs.
- Development and implementation of schedule management plans.
- Identification and monitoring of delay events and preparation of extension of time claims.
- General programming services including earned value reporting, progress and status reporting, and identification of risks and opportunities.
