A client side project manager with excellent communication and negotiation skills managing stakeholder’s expectations and achieving their objectives. Working in partnership under a PPC2000 contract to refurbish 14,000 residential properties over a five year programme.
Refurbishment of a housing estate, Barnet, London –Project Value £5.0m
Project managed a complex refurbishment project with over 740 resident/stakeholders. Agreeing and processing interim payments and final accounts using PPC2000 partnering contracts. I found efficiency savings through the supply chain which was implemented across future projects.
Procurement of a Repairs and Maintenance Contract, Barnet, London –Project Value £28.0m
Project Planning - developed complex project programmes using M/S Project on a 14 month procurement project. This project was successful in its objectives in meeting the mile stones and deadlines.
Other roles and responsibilities included the developed a suite of Key Performance Indicators to manage contractor performance which lead to an improved level of service and add value to performance and costs savings to the team. Quantity Surveying –Managing contractor’s monthly valuations to the value of £1m per month a challenging role which required focus and commitment to ensure the certifications were valued correctly.
