- Responsibilities: Assigned in Multiple projects, involved in Pre-tender Technical Submission & Developed post Contract projects Cl.14 Baseline Program & obtained approved within the stipulated time.
- Preparation of Weekly Progress PPT’s & Dashboards for the Weekly Progress review meeting with the Consultant.
- Highlighting the Critical Activities and provide look ahead programs & Mitigation plans to the Project Team.
- Progress monitoring of the performance of project through the Earned Value Analysis.
- Finalizing the various Contractual Milestones for other Sub-contractors & Vendors in line with the Overall Master Program. Review & Approve Nominated & Subcontractor’s work packages schedule.
- Handling Management Information Systems (MIS) Reports, Progress Reports, Productivity Reports, CEO Reports, and Weekly Progress Reports.
- Change Control : Delay Notification’s & Extension of Time request’s ( As Planned Vs As Built / Time Impact Analysis / Window Analysis)
- Other Responsibilities :
- Developed Cl.14 Baseline Project Plan for Suleiman Habib Hospital Project, MUDON Town Houses (Dubai Properties).
- Supported Tender & Operation Department in Developing Pre tenders Programs & Technical Submissions.
- Computing Financial Year Quarterly Cost Performance & Progress Performance for MENA region.
