Responsible to ensure all planned schedule activities are properly implemented according to project work scope.
• Provide assistance to Project Manager and the project team in preparation, analyzes, monitors and up-keep of all assigned project
schedules from detailed to commissioning phases
• Prepares project schedule up to level 4 using P6 and MS Project subject to project requirements.
• Integrates clients subcontractors and vendors schedule into the overall project schedule
• Monitor progress schedule, man-hours, material requirements and mobilization plan
• Received, verify and expedite site progress measurement data & prepares its corresponding progress reports.
• Identify potential & occurring issues that will affect the outcome of project schedules and recommend its appropriate measurement.
• Analyzes, evaluates & recommends potential solution to site activities Critical Path whenever is required.
• Provides assistance to Contracts Department in preparation / integration of Project Bid Proposals
