-Prepare activity plan and follow progress in order to meet with target dates
-Monitor and adjust settings for 10 production kilns
-Follow supervisors by giving them work instructions and ensure that work procedures are applied by all employees in the department.
-Follow interface work with other department
-Prepare supporting production reports to management
-Manage the warehouse inventory
