I was lead planning engineer for Decipher Consulting, working on behalf of the client SISK on a large, short term pharmaceutical shutdown, repair, renovation, upgrade & maintenance project based in Belgium.
Undertook all associated duties involved in the day-to-day management of a large scale pharmaceutical maintenance & refurbishment project. This work includes daily schedule progress updates, production of the site daily report, calculation and production of all daily progress % figures based on sub-contractor programme submissions, daily management of sub-contractor programmes, daily updating of all S curves (resource, progress, man-power), weekly dashboards & management presentations.
Additional tasks include preparation of EOT claims analysis, claims documentation, narratives & reports for inclusion in submission of EOT & substantial claims & positioning papers.
