Now undertaking the full range of duties associated with day to day project planning on a large scale multi-disciplined rail project across all levels of the main schedule, including FEED. Schedule updates, weekly, monthly & quarterly reports, weekly earned value, weekly/monthly sub-contractor schedule management, S curves, commodity curves, resource histograms, daily, weekly & monthly progress reporting, weekly management dashboard & weekly client presentation.
Currently lead planner on 40 schemes with a combined value of £20 Million. This includes Pre tender, tender & day to day live project’s.
