Role/ Duties
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly Progress Reports.
- Quantity Surveying & Reconciliation of major consuming material.
- Planning and scheduling of site activities to ensure completion of the project within the time and budgetary parameters and for optimizing resource utilization.
- Preparation, submission and following up of all project Materials
- Preparing material procurement schedule, shop drawing schedule
- Co-ordination with architect, structural engineers, client, contractors etc
- Negotiated sub-contract agreements, purchase orders and general contracts with clients
- Regularly monitoring and updating the progress of the project
- Preparing LPO for materials
- Documenting all correspondences of client
