During my time as Sr. Planning Engineer for the Al Mohalab Centre, Kuwait interfacing with clients, design
consultants, and Contractors. My responsibility included Project Planning & Scheduling, Variation evaluation,
Review of Payment Applications, Time Extension analysis, Progress reports, and Progress follow‐ups,
preparing and updating risk register, progress presentation to client.
This commercial complex has a unique boat shape and sleek, ultra‐modern design. The multistoried building
features commercial, retail and leisure activities. Multilevel parking is located in a parking garage to the rear of the “ships stern” or back of the building.
