Redevelopment of Kings Mill Hospital, Mansfield Community Hospital and provision of services at Kings Mill Hospital, Mansfield Community Hospital and Newark Hospital.
§ Working in planning team that examines project issues to identify issues related to the project completion.
§ Generate reports and charts from P3 for management level submission.
§ Periodic updates of the project and Store Period Performance for the financial periods.
§ Responsible for monitoring and updating the target plan of 5000+ activities and also a client (NHS Trust) plan of 400+ activities.
§ Checking and altering the relationship links between activities and also creating new link for certain activities to place them within the target completion date.
§ Assigning resources for individual activities and generating Summary Resource Assignment Reports to create chart with Units spread of the project period.
