Project Planning Consultant              New 300MW Coal Fired Power Station

Responsible to the Regional Director for the creation and implementation of a project recovery programme for this PMT project. This resulted in the recovery of the planned completion date from a forecasted delay of 9 months to 2 months, achieved through improved P3 programme logic and procurement deliveries. Duties also included training and mentoring local staff. Although not implemented, the project control package included a WBS structure ready for cost control processes.
